Malta has no national policy on high rise buildings.
Despite this, ten projects have already been given the go ahead.
And another 28 applications are at MEPA awaiting to be examined.
How is this for reckless planning?
Undoubtedly, when it will be too late and Malta will be dotted with huge and useless high rise buildings…..our country will come up with a national policy.
What a farce!
